Hi, I’m Gabby!

Gabrielle Howlett is a Licensed Massage Therapist based in Utah County, specializing in Advanced Muscle Reconstruction (AMR), a fascial technique that delivers deep, effective results without the discomfort most people associate with deep tissue work.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Gabby was a client who needed one. After undergoing back surgery and navigating a difficult recovery, she experienced firsthand how transformative the right kind of bodywork could be. That experience became the foundation of her practice and shaped her core philosophy: that effective massage therapy does not have to be a painful experience, and that every client deserves to leave feeling genuinely better than when they walked in.

Today she works with clients across Utah County, bringing the same standard to every session: thorough, intentional work that respects both the client’s body and their time. Her ongoing education reflects that same commitment, always looking for ways to better serve the people she works with.
